The Sportsfans Up & At ‘Em Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 raw egg

This smoothie gives you a great boost when you have only a little time. The Sportsfan loves it on her early training days as she can get it down quickly and it provides her with all the nutrition, protein and good fats that she needs to get through a strenuous training session without being heavy on her stomach. And you cannot taste the raw egg...pinkie swear. Whiz all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
